Incident-Free Performance
Our team is our most valuable asset and protecting the health and safety of all of our employees and partners is our first priority. Our top down safety culture starts with ownership and management and is the very foundation of the company. We know that to be truly successful, we must take personal responsibility for the safety of ourselves and those around us both on and off the project site. Shoreline fosters a culture of safety by prioritizing safety every day and for every job no matter the project size. We pride ourselves in not only providing a superior work product, but creating a work environment with no injuries or incidents.
In addition to the standard OSHA required safety programs, Shoreline implements a behavioral based safety program. The system originates from the philosophy that before an incident occurs, there are at risk behaviors that can be observed and corrected. The key is to identify these at risk behaviors before they cause an incident.

Quality Program
At SHORELINE, we plan for quality at project inception and throughout the life of each project. Quality is more than a document review or a field inspection — quality permeates every aspect of our project planning, execution, and closeout.
Our formal quality program is embodied in SHORELINE’s Corporate Quality Assurance Manual (QAM), prepared in accordance with recognized QA/QC industry standards and protocols including ISO 9000, 10 CFR 830.120, NQA-1, and DOE Order 414.1.
A key feature of our program is establishing and implementing a QA/QC assessment process which is implemented throughout each project .
